We weren't sure what to do this weekend and with the weather turning all rainy and grey we thought we would be stuck inside.

Sundays are fast becoming our favourite day. Family, fun and good food.

We had some delicious BBQ packs from the local butcher and I was absolutely stuffed. I also had a few cheeky cocktails in the sun.

We try to encourage as much messy play as possible and encourage her to explore her surroundings wherever and whenever we can.

First workout of the new year. That was tough. Squats, kettlebell swings, Russian twists and calf raises. Great to get back to it....
