Time management

I always try my best to prioritise as I think it is the secret to time management. I don't always get it right but I sure do try.


Another lunchtime workout.


Pressing today. Good session squeezed into a busy schedule.


Warmup on the rowing machine

Heavy Log press 5x5 (strength)

Kettlebell swings 15 reps (cardio)

Reverse band flies (shoulder rehab)

Push ups AMRAP x3
